Talk about the material:

The eraser to the work have to be a eraser that don’t take of the pen ink, but can’t be a soft eraser, or would stay the pencil marks and you wouldn’t use the draw.

The pencil had to be the hard britt HB, or you gonna damage the draw when use the eraser.

The pen you had also to test with is proper, the ink could blot the draw when be the time of paint the ink is wet, and also you had to wait get dry before the eraser or you gonna have a damage cartoon.

The paper had to have high quality or you gonna you could lose your draw in the time of the painting or in the time of glue on acetate. 
You could use a mata-borrão to see if the pen ink is dry and you also can use the finger taping the cartoon.

You gonna align the cartoon in the acetate the draw gonna lose the align in the time of the cut, so the align is in the glue moment in the acetate so you gonna make that famous holes in the acetate and the align is in the acetate and not in the paper.
