Something that make the city be the appearance of richness

My city is very privilege in architectonically because my city was rich since before the years 60’s so you see buildings that came from that time among the new ones, the others buildings imposing that the city may have are the ones builds of the government, the federal, the state and the city, the construction of the government federal are the more beautiful ones, my mother used to work in one the DNOCS, and my father in other the BACEN, they are huge and beautiful, the Federal Government buildings are make of the same quality in all the country. When you travel to city that are poor you see only after 80’s buildings, the construction supplies came cheaper, if the city was rich they would had some buildings from 60’s 70’s and 80’s, but all city always had buildings, but ones so ordinary that are destruct to better ones, if the building remains is because the building was valuable. So other thing for recovery of memory of the city is study what was the building of a decade before like 60, 70, 80 and choice the best a high taste choice and destruct the one and building again using the blue print of the past decade, using more long lasting material in the structure and preserving all the design a complete copy of the old model but more durable. One kind of diet of my City

And this was a diet that was pass also for who practice sports and is change one of the principals meals for a lactea drink, my mother used to use a milk mixture called sustagem, this drinks could be drink without you be in diet but could be used like diet, the sustagem I also drink when I was child because my pediatrician say to give me like a food suplement, I take a lot of medicine when child, calcium in spoon was delicious my mother give also for our dog the one for the female dog was pink my was white or the oppposite, candy with orange flavor of vitamins and also sustagem.

I use diferent labels, the proposal of those drink is be a reposition of vitamins and others nutrients, so is very complete, I like to taste a lot of flavors, and I test this one and like, this you could drink without milk but I like mine with milk, had soy.

I drink normal temperature mixing with this machine, with this machine the person could drink this even in travel, this is very practical, mix with only the the spoon the flavor is very low, other way that I like is put the cold water or water with ice in the liquefier 'liquidificador' with powder milk and the milk mixture and 'adoçante' sweetener and liquifier and drink just after make it or the flavor or consistency would change. Why there is cavity in the teeth

My theory is that that in the spatial space that there is no bacterium of cavity, the teeth without cavity the person would think that isn’t the need to brush the teeth but it is need, in my theory without the cavity the teeth would still fermented the cavity happens exactly in the place that the tooth is fermenting so without the cavity the teeth without brush would fermented and instead of get a hole would explode, and crack, a full lost, so the cavity make a hole where are having a lot of pressure so the hole of cavity helps keeps your teeth when you don’t brush, because without the cavity the teeth when fermented would make pressure that would break your teeth. What I do with the crumbs of the croutons

I use the crumbs of the bread to stuff the tomatoes and I mix with white cheese, olive oil for me is optional, and how was few the bread crumbs I mix with already prepared farofa, but already prepare farofa is caloric because they use a lot of fat to make it, probably the ones that you buy is very high calories because they ask to project a industrial recipe for a enemy State of my State, and all that came from Ceará não presta, and they hate the cassava and make a farofa that is for a spoon of cassava flour 2 till 4 of oil, you think is needed, the industry sometimes don't mind for you, they should reserch a way to make all the industrial foods less calorics, is so easy is don't want the reason, so farofa made in home isn't that caloric, cearenses like to make a less caloric product to people eat it, and the others like to make a very very caloric to make you sick if you eat.

Pastry the pastry bag and the beak pastry

And why the ‘matriz’ and the ‘rosca’ to put in the pastry bag and use the beak pastry, in the time before was of grandmother that person use the beak pastry without those items, the ‘matriz and 'rosca’ is very old for who work in the pastry for years, had in the past had many person in my city that the ‘encomenda’ order, ask like a favor and of course the person refund the friend, for a friend that would travel to Europe was beak pastry and edible colorant, so cake girl to cake girl is a pleasure help, so we had other orders like French perfums, expensive make up, some baby toys, some famous cookies, some wine, some dress part of ballet dressing, like the ballerina half, is horrible someone use brown socks in ballet, the hard point slippers.

My bread of yesterday

With turkey ham, I pass 20 years eating to the pork, sometimes my mother buy the pork ham, but I prefer very much the turkey one, I like also the blanket and the smoked turkey meat, and was with coriander. And the dough that I don't had filling for I make buns with sesame.

And a tip, to stick sesame, how I do it is this way I wet my hands, I put water in my hands had no special way, if was small the bread I would wet only the fingers,

and I pass the hand in the buns to they get wet, you could use a brush but the quantity of water is bigger than a wet hand and the sesame won't stick,

the secret is in here - so don't do it very fast after wet the bread and pass the sesame, or gonna be water in the bread skin and would to stick a little, water don't stick well, when wait a little the water gonna 'melar' make it stick, would not be water but water with flour, in pastry water and flour is glue, and the sesame gonna glue very much in the bread, but don't stay waiting or the surface went to get dry and don't gonna stick, but don't suffer apply water again. The difference of the glaces

The glace real, marmore and the Italian.

The glace real is moldable and when is applied in the cake you had to open with a roll pin and the person had to buy a spatula that you buy in a construction store to apply gypsum in the wall, colher de pedreiro; but you could use a iron spatula that is very good for all the confeitaria pastry, is a one that is very need in the pastry but not in a normal kitchen, and is for my State Ceará or France, is like a big knife, and the glace real is you pass in the cake with the spatula, and isn’t moldable, and also is used in the pastry bag. And the Italian glace is to pass with a spatula and be used in the bag, isn’t moldable and never gonna get dry, gonna be always wet, and had people that think is the same that the marshmallow but is easier to do than the marshmallow.

And the marshmallow is a famous one. Had a industrial candy with the same name is look like the taste but isn',t wet just soft is diferent, is that had person that want the difference is diferent but not exactly other thing.

And the Chantilly is made of fresh cream, is a reaction and not a recipe had to be fresh.

And the plastic market bag, in my city it isn’t anti-ecologic, because this plastic is a sub-product of the petroleum in the production of the gasoline, in here the petroleum are fractioned and very well used and became, gasoline, kerosene, the same gallon is take the plastic and after of the rest you take the kerosene and of the rest of the rest is take the gasoline, so isn’t a portion for each, the trash is very rich and process a lot of times, and that plastic the quality of the plastic that get out the fractionation is better that the one that you don’t get the other products, for Brazil is very important the combustible, so never went be not used the petroleum because the production of the plastic, the plastic for the market bags is a sub product the rest of the production of the gasoline, so after the production of the gasoline the trash are still very important and of it you can take the kerosene, and the plastic, is better thru it away a very rich trash, and this rich trash is pollutant also, you think the trash of the production of the combustive is less toxic, is toxic and a lot if you take all that stuff you went to have a less toxic trash and less big volume?

this are with newspaper and corrugated paperboard and spray paint, the coast for me was only the paint, and the glue, the newspaper is my parents that are subscribers and the paperboard, cardboard papelão sanfonado, is from the boxes with my avon products, they had others use like make a surface to embroide.

How it looks like before the paint and the glue is the one for paper.
