And let me said that had person that if could would do esthetic surgery ‘plástica’ esthetic surgery is a weak name around here because is very small surgery that a estheticist that isn’t a doctor could do so the name around here is plástica, maybe in others countries the person pass for a serious surgery with a not graduate professional? So had person that want make plastic all year or less, what the risk? But that is goes the limits for the plastic surgery, plastic means that the person gonna be deep in you face cutting the muscle the esthetic is superficial until the skin but not in the muscle, bone is more deeper than, but not very many surgery is deep come to the bones,  you change the conformation and the face being still functional is that made be a plastic, plastic was a adjective very sophisticated that give name to matter that if isn’t called plastic people don’t even know what is; so nobody could do many plastic in one area of the face so for this is very need find a good professional to work right in the beginning, why a person can’t do surgery for ever, because the muscle of the area at every surgery is thru away, and the person would came to don’t talk don’t blink and thinking that could fix can’t the muscle is gonne away and know the person gonna have for ever a paralyze face, in one countries of Europe I think came from Italy when the person damage for completely the eye they minimize the eye for the person could keep it or in other case could came a case need of the removal of the eye, so they sew the around of the eye to almost close it, and a person that was trying to have a beautiful gonne have a very ugly eye, a graduated doctor gonna remember the muscle and gonne respect the anatomy of the person, a doctor knows muscle since the college and gonna know how deep are still the muscle.
