Eggplant fried

I let in the water to don't get dark, but before fry I dried in a cloth

I season with pink salt could be common salt, black pepper, fine herbs this is a mix of herbs, and I spray oilve oil but could be oil spray, the oil spray was of the both side but the season was on only one side 

I use two pans to do it faster. Rute Bezerra de Menezes Gondim
