This has in Brazil, for sure in the rest of the Americas, and probably if you live in 2nd world countries that also happens in your country.
And is that the consumer right would not suppose to be an only-one fight but something that the government due for us, like this we make the report and the State would persecute if that recognizes like rights of the human being the right would not perish, here really caduca outdated in a very short time, so isn't see like respect to the human. Is only my problem an merchant sell me outdate products? Or that is a human problem of disrespect? My right is for a compensation the person that acts that way causing sadness and demean in the buyer, the value could be low but the embarrass is high.
Tomorrow maybe that pain would go away for everybody
So isn't something that supposes to be the obligation of the State to care for us?
