Banana is fruit that when is ripe get spoiled very fast, and think in the travel, and after everything damage that fruit, but banana is fruit that is ripped still green and get mature and good after days so is not let get mature to cut off the tree, so the normal is buy the fruit still green, so for a travel is good buy the fruit still green to don’t get damage in the travel and to get in the right mature when came to the market to the final consumer, and of course the consumer could buy the fruit still green, the fact is that probably gonna take some time to get in market so probably gonna be already mature.
