Once about Chocolate and local industrialization

Once the State of Ceará think in industrialization of chocolate the problem was that the ‘insumos’ ‘raw material’ for  the chocolate would came with a expensive price the State would never make a competitive price chocolate the State had the money to buy the technology to make chocolate in the State but the ‘raw materials’ would be bought in other place and the travel to the State made it very expensive in the time the technology that the State would buy was the wrought the ingredients, the chocolate isn’t a cooking the ingredients are fused together but it isn’t a cooking was made in special pans that had valves that show the pressure something better than a pressure cooker, was in caldeiras.
