day, start the day and think full your day of events and remember that eat is
in your day schedule and not in your complete day, think if you don’t have a
push day like me, you gonna eat 3 times remember when you eat that you don’t want gonna pass hunger in the rest of the day, so breakfast isn’t to be too much
think if you went to college that in the lunch time for some reason you don’t want don't eat, and when you lunch think in what time you gonna dinner if is 7 of
the night or gonna be 4 of the middle day.
So you have to realize
all you eat during the day and get conscious of what you eat to lose weight.
