Thinking in the day could help get thinner

Let me say about be in the right weight, you do a diet but you also could do that that I will suggest. Let me say that the first time that I did a diet was to get to 36kg I was 40kg and I was 10 years old the sports education teacher said to my mother that I had to get to the 36kg. Study feeling hungry is so bad, so is discipline, after was with 16 years old to get the 57kg I was 60kg.
And how lose weight with what I will suggest you, and is that imagine that your problem of weight is 60kg to lose, think in your day, nobody have that magnified weight without eat all day, start the day and think full your day of events and remember that eat is in your day schedule and not in your complete day, think if you don’t have a push day like me, you gonna eat 3 times remember when you eat that you don’t want gonna pass hunger in the rest of the day, so breakfast isn’t to be too much think if you went to college that in the lunch time for some reason you don’t want don't eat, and when you lunch think in what time you gonna dinner if is 7 of the night or gonna be 4 of the middle day.
