My grandmother create chickens for eggs basically she didn’t raised for the chicken meat, but sometimes when have chicks to they don’t get sick, the food have to be different, the chick if eat the food of the chicken would die because the cracked corn is big and would not pass, and of course can’t be corn floor because would dry his gut and the chick would die also, so the food is a corn more cracked, sometimes my grandmother feed them with porridge of cassava floor made only with the floor and water if the chick is very small and use a spoon, during the day she got the chicks and but in a big box a cardboard one and put water in a bowl and the feed them with the correct food, and the chicks receive their food, during the night the chicks are put together with the chickens and the yard is swept.
