 My city take some time to have pizzerias, but we used to ate pizza before that advent, my mother used to buy the crude dough of bread for pizza in the bakery, she also buy the bread ferment in the bakery, so the cookie is salt, is you open thinner the pizza dough and cut with a round shape that could the border of an iron cup and bake until came a toast like a biscotti, and is very delicious and with less fat than a regular cookie, and is so delicious a cookie that takes bread ferment.
