And is that you see a fountain, you know that have a water pump, when I lived in home had a water pump is eletric, that pump water to the top of the house, we lived in two levels home, and the water was from a cartesian pit (poço cartesiano), poço cartesiano is like a oil well, just is water and not petroil, here the water is very hard, and the water of a poço cartesiano is very clean if don't have "capa rosa", you see the water pass tru mane kilometers of sand being filter in each soil layer, and in the end if it pass by a rock by infiltration is a filtration very capilar, is that the presure make the water pass the rock making a cristaline water. But returning for physics you see some people take gas from a car tank by making suction, and the fuel flows no matter if have to climb, see the water system of my house was the water climb to the top of the house but was need work energy of the pump to got there, and it feed all the house of water by the potential energy or the gravitational force, if you put a rock in the top of a cliff the rock has potential force in comparison of the soil that is far below how much high the rock more damage would do when got down but think in a fountain probably is a pump that make the water flows in the top and if the same process that is used to got fuel from a tank of a car be used in the fountain why the water wouldn't flow indefinitely?
