The American plastic surgery that I improved

In the previous incarnation didn't I went to USA to help a cousin in a surgery? when I would say to anyone make that surgery, never. Was to complete change of the face and not for a correction like a nose or rejuvenation that are the most of the cases, the surgery is make bone breaks in the face and after put a mask of the future face in the face of the person 3-6 months with the gypsum mask in the top of the break face. The Beginning is break  the head to the face be apart from the rest, the face got looks like a mask, completely loose from the rest, after starts the surgerical breaks in the face, all the breaks are planned according a sketch, is a very artitistic fase, in the end with the skin repositioned on the face is colocated the mask that will reshape the face, what I done for that surgery, I invented wrapping bandages around the head to hold everything in place, before was everything loose the face was nice but down in the face I saw pictures of others pacientes before help, the surgery was so good that my criminal cousin came famous in the USA with other name being a handsome, but if you are with the face loose you could use surgicals plaques with surgical nails to hold the face bone in the head bone.
