And one is that if the Google will read your subject to match to their search engineer, imagine that he wouldn't read the CSS part of your content, because you want a matter and not any matter with red letters or with the text at the right of the page, so search engineer would evaluate the HTML part, but if are still using the HTML to decorate the text, the SEO, search ....(amnesia about the rest of the SEO acronym) so the SEO gonna got a text that have a lot of empty information about how the text goona be in the page and decoration of the words or the size of the letters and many other decorative info that aren't the porpouse of the content or about the search, so the google gonna have in his search engineer a lot of information in your HTML that doesn't matter for the one that is looking for that text, so probably in the search engineer a text that the form still are inside the HTML part is a text that gonna be under all the others in the parameters of what is really the subject, because when you use the form in the CSS you have an HTML clean that give exactly what you need for the search engineer of your browser.
