The pamonha of my mother only could be better

 Sometimes if we don't give the recipe they stole.

My mother so much recipe from her and ner mother and give the recipe, the recognize is something.

And I was reading that pamonha is made with green corn, bullshit if the corn be very green you gonna have something like a porridge that is the canjica. So to have pamonha the grain is in the corn but is more mature, so when you grate the grains you don't gonna have a juice that is the canjica. So is a mass and not a liquid, and you put the mass in the cloth bags, or in the bags made of the corn straw or like my mother put in cans and cook in the oven. She preferred to ad cheese the type of Ceará to coconut. Can ad sugar if in the oven.
