Ice cream in the desert without a refrigerator

I learn in the School about that in the desert like Sahara, had desert that is desert but is another kind of soil, but is loneliness still with dead trees, so returning for the kind of desert that is the Sahara there during the day the sand is attack for strong energy of the sun light that accumulate it and when comes the night that energy came irradiation of cold in the sand and the persons feel cold because that irradiation of cold that came from the ground; so to have cold is make a tent that would be in the same place for many days to don’t dispel the rest of cold and get accumulate and to the right ground don’t get the sun energy that make it heat, cold irradiation will be even in the place that the sun don’t touch because irradiation walks and transmit, and energy of the sun don’t walk.
