What the studios do, use them for 10 years, and with the past time the set and the others actors and actress wil be replace for ones that gives the appearance that the short actor is growing, after passed 10 years they make the name of the actor be an holding, and they find a normal person to uses the name so they don't kill the actor, sometimes is the own actor that administrate the name.
