You thought that was something very scandal? Is something more simple. Just only means that an DNA for example the parentl are good French folk, the degenarated DNA doesn't have similarity with the parents, so the person isn't french because an degenerated DNA lost the parentage with the parents DNA. So is an white but not a white from France and also, something that came from French people and doesn't have no more relation are degenerated. Let me say if you are from Americas, you a mix of 8 white races you aren't french, just you aren't almost the case? And also degenarated isn't a mutation, so is an interesting subject because is nice to see that isn't an mutation.
