Food industrialization had process

In the industrialization had something called processing and not cooking, the cooking also could be a process, that make new products different of the ones that you can make in home, or make it different of the result that you can get at home, or with a larger expire date, and what about the processing? Some processing is like the food processor but more intense, so nuts could came a cream you would stop in the grated they would stop in the pasta, is a more strong machine that the home ones and in the middle of the processing could appear chemically another thing, like this you process the chestnuts and appear galactose and flour, the galactose and flour wasn’t before in the machine, chemically had the transformation that is not the protrude of another molecules but transformation for chemistry nothing came from nothing, the process of the food sometimes is  like a laboratorial process only in larger scale and could one ingredient became other, so if you put food in a huge process food you could for the brutality of the process produce another ingredient, ‘chemistry transformation’, I had to say that the ‘could contains remains of another nuts’ is not seen of the parameter of the chemically you can had a chemical transformation and appear a new substance. And make you have allergy.
