The panetone that I made









The problem was that the bags that I made I used a glue that open with the heat, but the flavor was delicious was in the total 3,500kg of panettone that I made 7 panettones of 500gramas each was a honey bread dough and I used all those things to flavored so I use very few of the flavoring in bottle, and all the kitchen during bake the get perfumed with all the fruit, beverage smells. In past other Christmas I used a brioche dough.
