What is better what is worse

And people can think that is better be judgement that the murder is mad to an criminal, but lets think.

First you have to know if the madness have cure. Second you have to know if you gonna be convicted in a country that have life penalty, and if the crime could got perpetual. And if you are in a country that haven't execution? and also doesn't have perpetual? How many countries that madness that could make a crime have cure, I mean that you can after convicted return to freedom after 40 years and for madness you die in the madhouse. And criminals have dignity but mads!!!! Do you know what the treatment for madness the doctor could even abuse of the body of the patient, but in a prison they can't do that with criminals; have countries that was permitted to do experiments with madnesss patient but the same isn't permitted for who is convicted.

And have also that the person ask to be consider mad before even of suffer the conviction, sometimes the person even can win and the proves doesn't be enought to condemn the person, also for some cases the somehting that is like the perdon for convicted, that when the case is execution the person can receive a perdon to receive a penalty less grave, but this haven't for who went to the mad-house.

Ps.: And something that someone have afraid is return to the streets and have people that want kill him after 30 years in the jail how much persons are in the gate of the prisidium wait for him-her?

Ps.: And also an convicted criminal still have subjectives rights, but one mad haven't. What I am saying that once considered mad the person will lost all his rights like propriety of a building to an mamber of th efamily that will administrate, and an convicted still have all that rights but the right of be out of the presidium, the only limitation of even paternal right , of course if the conviction isn't about his kids, is because the father-or-mother is impossibilited to be out of the prison, but what this doesn't is a problem he still have paternal right.
