About lose weight

 I saw in TV that had the fat under the skin and the interstitial fat, that the interstitial fat is the first to the person lose, so this is what almost always gonna happens, of course if we are talking of normal and healthy person, so you lose the fat that are with the organs, so you gonna got smaller with a cover of fat like a jacket around the body, so is normal the fat around fall, like that will be fall till you lose the fat of the arms, legs and around the body, so still have hope people don't give up of the diet.
