After that I was kidnap, for miracle I escape and they drive inside a inhabited house, so before I get to the butcher address, my guide said that the wall was broke and in three days they construct a wall, so they would open a gate and pass at the side of a house but, when they do the old itinerary, they was block for a wall when they make others days the travel they pass for the gate and pass for a wood but was construct a wall that block the passage for the woods, and the house was full of persons, so I was save and take to a mad house for 2 weeks and I listen that I was had hallucination and I was there for this. My guide said that they would amputee me in the woods and I would be sent to a mad house to someone inherit in my place, the person would keep me alive until had the money in her hands.

About Nuts

For your recipe you could use any nuts, for a cooker a nut had ‘massa’ mass like flour, oil and essential oil, the mass make you could use nut like flour in the recipe, and oil enriches the recipe with good calories and the essential oil make these senses, make it flavor and smell, but the essential oil is the first to evaporated in the nuts if is crushed, so you prefer crush in the time of put in the recipe, the Brazil nut is just a nut with very much oil and you replace for other with the same quality, like walnuts. I used dehydrated apple, that I used direct in the dough I used dehydrated Apple that you find in Apple tea bags, you take the powder out the bag and use direct in the recipe.

You could use it in the salad but you could eat like a snack.

Is good use iron only in the time to serve and not of prepare the salad because iron accelerated the oxidation of the lettuce, that had vitamin K, vitamin K only are present in lettuce and in pills, you don’t want to eat a with no vitamin quality lettuce, also the metal in the time of the chlorinate react with the chlorine and burn it before it clean the lettuce so when twist the water to mix it with the chlorine you could use your fingers or a plastic handle of a spoon. How I do special effect by the effect in the photo

So someone ask of so polite way, and is someone that I like.

The old method is you transform the film in pictures in the paper and is a big picture and cut the special effect or draw in the pictures if you damage one frame make another picture of the frame and is put in a machine I think that the one that I knew was French, and the pictures would be film like a animation. My method is make like this in the home computer, first film the normal scene and for example the effect is appear fire in the person hand like the person is a witch, so when film the fire that gonna appear in the hand I had to have the reference, the fire in the filming have to be in the right position of the hand, and according with your editor you could use underground white or black because you gonna make ‘trasparências’, if have any problem you have to clean digitally in the computer anything that is saw but isn’t to be there, and I glue one in other the movies the movie with persons and the movie with the effect.

How I do I have editor for animation that I put the movie and it transform the movie in frames, so I transform the both movies in frames and put the fire in the hand of the person is very easy because the fire was film with reference, so I don’t gonna need place the fire in the hand I get each frame of the person and just ‘colo’ paste the frame of the fire with no problem is in the perfect height and distance in other wise I would have to put looking for the effect be nice, and once finished the paste I put the new movie in the same animation editor and I make the movie because untill now I was only making the frames. Animation the method that I use

The method that I use, like I said to you my machine the draw have to face down and not face up, and the name of the method is cartoon toy, and when you use this method you draw repeted times the part of the character that gonna move if is the mouth you only draw the mouth and not all the face or all the body and the cut is after the transference and not before, but is a good method how the normal one gonna have scenario. Another lettuce salad

I idea of salad is lettuce and dates 'tâmaras’, and crunch temper that could be fry in a caçarole till get toast and crunch seed, like sesame, rice popcorn, with bread crumb, with lemon(becareful to don't dissolve the bread), olive oil salt, peper, and you favorite spice or herbs, but you could swap the crunch temper for Gorgonzola cheese.
