Internal bleeding what it is

The name in Portuguese is ‘sangramento interno’, the external hemorrhage everybody notice is the one that you see the blood coming out, the internal is when the organs are bleeding cases like a car running over or a car crash you don’t see the victim blending but internally one or more organs are cracked, the doctor have to open the patient and sew the open organ, sometimes could be smashed and in this case remove partially or completely the irrecoverable organ, and the person gonna stay bond to a machine until the transplant, if the doctor don’t operate the person the person gonna die for hemorrhage, anaphylactic shock the blood get out of the organs and stay inside of the abdomen cavity and not in the blood circulation, so the person gonna lose all the blood for his cavity, and die of anaphylactic shock, one of the symptoms besides a general malaise is the abdomen grow and a abnormal coloration in these area, the doctor had to open the patient thru away the ‘viciado’ blood make a blood transfusion sew the cut organ, and of course close the patient, that blood in the abdomen cavity only gonna get more spoiled is no good anymore.
