How I do special effect by the effect in the photo

The old method is you transform the film in pictures in the paper and is a big picture and cut the special effect or draw in the pictures if you damage one frame make another picture of the frame and is put in a machine I think that the one that I knew was French, and the pictures would be film like a animation. My method is make like this in the home computer, first film the normal scene and for example the effect is appear fire in the person hand like the person is a witch, so when film the fire that gonna appear in the hand I had to have the reference, the fire in the filming have to be in the right position of the hand, and according with your editor you could use underground white or black because you gonna make ‘trasparências’, if have any problem you have to clean digitally in the computer anything that is saw but isn’t to be there, and I glue one in other the movies the movie with persons and the movie with the effect.

How I do I have editor for animation that I put the movie and it transform the movie in frames, so I transform the both movies in frames and put the fire in the hand of the person is very easy because the fire was film with reference, so I don’t gonna need place the fire in the hand I get each frame of the person and just ‘colo’ paste the frame of the fire with no problem is in the perfect height and distance in other wise I would have to put looking for the effect be nice, and once finished the paste I put the new movie in the same animation editor and I make the movie because untill now I was only making the frames.
