My lettuce and explanation about chlorinate

To chlorinate I put the water with the chlorine in a glass bowl and fill it with the water and put the chlorine.

And I put the lettuce leave by leave to be sure that every centimeter of the lettuce would be chlorinate,

The picture – I put a dish to sink the leaves is that the dish was transparent, and put a heavy object in the dish to all the leaves be under the water, and be all chlorinate,

And after wait the time need to chlorinate I wash with water the leaves, to take of the chlorine,

How to use the chlorine, the one that I used today is 20 drops for each liter of water, I use a graduate jar to measure the water, and the lettuce was big, so I used 3 liters of water so I multiply the drops of chlorinate by three, and if was 3 liters was 60 drops, for this label read the recomendations in the bottle and be sure that read to clean objects and fruits and greenery and not to treat water, that is much less,

And I had to wait 15 minutes to chlorinate, and for time stay 15 minutes, so no matter how much litters are the time remains, see the time recommended for the manufacturer 

And remember to sink for completely the leaves.

And if you need only more ½ liter you divide the 20 drops for 2 and you will need 10 drops for half liter, so 2 ½ liters is – 20 + 20 + 10 drops = 50 drops of chlorinate. And the time would not change.
