Potato some flour kind



Here had potato starch and potato purée in powder, I normally use the potato starch in a delicious cookie that I mahe and also is very used in cakes and I read in one of my books of culinary a recipe with in a sweet Bread combine with wheat flour.
The in powder purée I used to do bread, I replace the smashed potato for in powder purée. Rute Bezerra de Menezes Gondimere
