One recipe that I don't like but is from my Grandmother

 I think almost no one know that recipe, and is that the green but not too green or don't gonna have any white inside, so a partially green and partially ripe coconut, the coconut is becoming yellow but not brown, you gonna opened in half and the meat of the coconut will be so soft that you gonna can scrap with a table spoon, and that coconut meat you gonna put in the pan with sugar to make a candy or jam of green coconut, is not everybody that likes the taste.
