How to fix the magnetic button of a purse with a patch

I will gonna use the hemline of a jeans pants, this is the part of the pants that I cut out to fix the legs pants with the size of my leg,

here I trim to the size that I will need,

fold in 3 equals parts and crease,

now crease in the two more long sides like the picture,

now cut in the place marked in the picture,

now you will cut in these new places marked in the picture,

after the cut how it will look like; and now you will cut in the other side but where is marked in the picture this cut is the half of the cut in the beginning  

After all, the cuts let's fold, fold like the picture, 

now fold closing the patch

how will look the other side,

the button, first it will be removed from the place,

get the piece of the button that is a disk and mark in the patch to a perfect cut

applied the button in the patch,

the backside of the patch, and you will place the disc and close the steams of the button

after you will sew the patch with the button in the purse and you will sew also around the button to fix good,

here the purse with the two buttons replaced.
