That is a spreedsheet of a bakery or cake or another sweet shop but hits way. I did some years one and one part I would say that I had to double, because how it doesn't work of the way I did I had to change it to works even if the planing is the opposite.

Our problems are so Brazillian and not American, that we live depely the fact of be, I didn't know people were looking for crimes but let me say that I had a friend that if you say she is good so she did of so innocent, she almost did that with me. She sent 4 Cearense to Argentina to make School of medicine, were a trap a bordel, prostitution, one was male! Slavery, I always knew but how she is good nobody believes, was the School of medicine in at least 3 others countries of Americas, was me? NO! Was the freidn of everybody, go after her and ask for these people and where were the medicine schools.
So about excel, so each sheet for each recipe, type one for french bread other for soft bread, other for cookies and so on, and one sheet for all the ingredients that enter in all the recipes of the bakery, this way we gonna have clean sheets for the recipes, and the excel besides calculate the recipes, you gonna add what you bought to the excel make to you what you spent, and the lucrativite even each day, depend of how you designe the spreedsheet, so gonna have the sheet to you put the calories by the weight to all the recipes use that to calculate on them, and gonna have the price to you calculate the price of all the recipes on his own sheet, for one unity, for douzen if is the way of be sale, and for 100g of product, each end of day the excel gonna show how much was spent of ingredients, how much money was consume in ingreients, could had one shit of spent for all that was produced, but of course you enter the excel what you want, and is like that in the sheet of the french bread you put that you need 60 french breads of 30g each, here in Ceará some bakery receive order from factories, from parties from Events that serve food during the presetations, so you can have the coast, of the day for each unity for each recipe know that you spent 200.00 only producing french bread, and each bread coast 0.07, and print the recipe, when I study in the Senac was that way, the professor came and said that today we gonna produce 100 smal breads and came print the recipe for the qhantity of bread and size! But he did all the calculations by hand, was a bakery you can call kitchen with no waste.
