I saw that make holes with fork to make the crude chicken beef more soft and receive more taste of the seazoaning, I was saying to my guide that I prefer things that you don't need so much patience to make, a facility, like a meat beater a meat hammer, this thing aren't sale anymore because is more one thing to be infected in a kitchen, puuufff... But listen got 2 forks and make holes using the two hands is faster!!! Worth a pitty do... Fight so much with the beef to have a lunch! But making with two forks using the 2 hands is faster, something like twice FASTER!
