And besides that I like to make dough in a bowl, is so simple... and clean and faster... in the table is more time to assemble and in the bowl is seconds the dough is homogen, and the tip is from the begining and when still the dough be stick you do the mix in the wet dough with one hand to the other be clean to got the eggs add flour, and even atend a phone call. I use the clean hand to hold the bowl of course!
And other when I broke eggs I like to hit in a corner, the corner of the table, that is from my grandfather my grandmother used to break with the back of the knife, or with a big spoon that she use to make dough. Is that to have a crack that is straight.
