If there is hydrogenated fat, can we do tha in home? And is that the chemic of the water is H2O so if, we have an thin liquid vegetal oil, and put the water in the freezer? And we blend the real cold water with the liquid oil? Why the H of the water would not make connections with the oil molecular chain and make it hydrogenated, and this way a solid fat?
