Exemplification about cake and the baking surface

Also had the fact that we have the triple of dough in a pan, here we can see that we gona have a huge loss of surface of baking, in the laterals probably the influences is very higher than the middle, is less 4 bases of baking.
Also we here we care vey much to colour of the cake, is type you gonna have a tick croast of over bake cake, see is that to bake the middle that is raw we gonna have to over bake the surface, that influences in the result like taste, color, to dark is even ugly that we need to scrap to in the frosting we don't see a very dark croast, and sticking a tooth pick are you sure you don't need stick till the middle? So the lateral if over baked is even dry. Is a lower value result is a cake with a over bake lateral, dry, dark, with residual taste.
