One very short calculation solution just the graphic and one line

The lengths of the sides of a right triangle are consecutive even integers.

The length of the smallest side of the triangle is x.

It is therefore CORRECT to say that an equation that can be used to find the value of x is:

A) x2 + (x + 2)2 = (x + 4)2

B) x + (x + 2) = (x + 4)

C) x2 = (x + 2)(x + 4)

D) x + 2 = x + (x + 1)

The begining of the solution:

An rectangle triangle with sides x, x+2 and x+4
One question that only demands reading and represetation if I at draw the triangle like is says all the sides are consecutives even numbers the triangle would be:
one side the smaller: x
the consecutive only could be x+2
and the hipotenusa, because is said is a rectangle triangle: x+4
so using the theorem of Pitagoras we gonna have:
(x+4)² = x²+(x+2)² <---- So is write only that line the rest is only explanation.
