When we sculp cake some part is carved out of the cake, and we bake 5 rectangulares pans and the part that is disposal is mill, so we can use to do bakery brigadeiro, also can do pavê, so the quantity pans is based in the shape of the cake the height, a nornal is 3 layers, so imagine that we can predict a price by the weight, many industrial kitchen like to know the explotaion isn't that they would not had profit is that nobody like waste, so and what is the profit, let me say that we have to have the profit without do nothing with the waste, so we can thru in the trash the part carved that doesn't got in the recipe, but I do the bakery brigadeiro, so say to me what are my profit with the sale of the cake and how got my profit using that waste cake. Also make a artistic cake is very labour and pavé is so easy less that 20 minutes. Also think the profit using the time to make a cake and to make the pavé, is type one took days and the other is 20 minutes, how calculate profit taking in consideration time of work?
