I make a culinary observation, that when we froze coconut water and I drink of green coconut, that even have less sweet, is that I buy bottles of coconut water, you can do that also, how had the good for use of one day, I froze all the rest, so by day I unfroze one, so when we unfroze the first part that unfroze is pure water so the froze separate the sweetness of the coconut water from the water, so you only have to in the first part of the unfrozing got the water and wait the unfrozing of the syrup of coconut, is sweet and can even make candies from it with base of the condensed part of the coconut water that you got separating the water from the coconut sweetness.
